Medical Record Labels

Medical Records labels are used on patient notes forms within the healthcare sector to display important information about the patient. They are colour-coded for quick identification and are 20mm x 10mm to fit within the space provided on the form. They are supplied as flat sheets with 42 labels per sheet and 50 sheets per pack (a total of 2,100 labels per pack).
