Where do you make your labels?
We work out of our own factory and office in Canning Vale, Western Australia. We are proud to manufacture in Perth with a great team of local workers!
How long will my order take?
Our standard lead time is ten working days… If your deadline is sooner and you just can’t wait that long, we get it! Get in touch with your account manager or our internal sales team – We will always try our best to get something in place to suit your particular situation.
What is your minimum order?
We don’t have a minimum label quantity, and we can produce from singles all the way up to millions! We do however have minimum order charge of $150 + GST.
Do you custom-make stickers?
Absolutely! Custom made products are our forte, and we can provide a full service from design to production.
Can I see a sample of my label before you print it?
Before anything prints, you will be provided with a PDF artwork proof for your approval. We want to make sure you love your labels! If required, press proofs can be arranged for an additional charge.
What if I don't have a design / artwork?
Never fear! We have an in-house graphic design team who can work with you to create your label from scratch. Let’s turn your awesome idea into something print-ready!
How much is freight?
Most orders will have a flat-rate charge of $10 + GST. In the case of large orders or remote locations, please contact us for a price.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after it has shipped?
Once shipped, Perth metro deliveries will usually arrive with you in 1-2 business days. For interstate and regional deliveries, please allow 3-5 business days for your labels to make their way to you.
